For help with your account, imports, subscriptions, or app features, email support@traderspivot.com. Include the email address on your TradersPivot account and a short description of the problem. Do not send passwords, complete payment card details, or brokerage credentials.

We aim to respond within two business days.

Subscriptions and refunds

Manage or cancel a subscription purchased in the iOS app from your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple processes payment and refund requests for App Store purchases. You can also use Restore Purchases in TradersPivot under Settings, then Subscription.

Account access and deletion

Use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen if you cannot access your account. To permanently delete an accessible account, open Settings and choose Delete Account. For privacy requests, email privacy@traderspivot.com.

What TradersPivot provides

TradersPivot is a journal and analytics tool for reviewing trades you have already taken. It does not execute trades or provide investment advice, signals, or market predictions.
